Due to some confusion on the level of support offered, we have renamed our management type from "Semi-Managed" to "Basic Management". Our level of support has not been changed but we have outlined the type of support offered in our Knowledge Base here: https://securedragon.net/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=44

We have also updated our website a bit to hopefully convey more information to potential clients about our services.

Our Terms of Service has also changed a bit to reflect these changes. The following sections have been added or updated:

  • BASIC MANAGEMENT - Added.
  • CLIENT DATA AND BACKUPS - Updated with information regarding our backups of client data. One such change is that we do not backup all services and reserve the right to exclude backups of clients if the backup of their data begins to impact other clients (such as large VPSs that take hours to backup and is degrading disk I/O).
  • SLA AND GUARANTEES - Updated to state that fees are excluded from our Money Back Guarantee.
  • PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS - Updated to state that our system automatically terminates all unpaid accounts after 30 days (we still reserve the right to terminate after the 7th day of non-payment though).
  • PRICING AND FEES - Updated to include our new $2.49 minimum invoice for non-hosting plans (i.e. optional add-ons purchased outside of your hosting plan invoice).
  • OPTIONAL ADD-ONS - Added.
