It was brought to our attention a critical issue with both SHADOW01 and SHADOW02 regarding memory usage due to a misconfigured kernel. We have made the proper changes to the kernel but need to reboot the servers for them to take effect. As it stands currently, dom0 is holding over 8GB of RAM that is meant to be allocated for new VPSs.
After what happened yesterday, we really hate having to subject our clients to additional downtime but this issue can result in serious instability if additional VPSs are created on either node and are currently preventing new clients from obtaining their VPSs that they are waiting for.
