It looks like our e-mail provider, SendGrid, has been having delays for the past few hours. This means all e-mails generated by our Client Area are not being delivered right now. We are looking into a backup solution now if this is not resolved shortly.

UPDATE - We have setup our client area to use another provider in the meantime. We will return to SendGrid once the issue is resolved. Our apologies for those who were impacted by this issue.
