It looks like FIRE0003 has gone down for a second time, unfortunately we were unable to even access our remote management to reboot the server so we had to contact GoRACK to manually reboot it for us which caused additional downtime while we faught with the DRAC (Dell Remote Access Control). FIRE0003 is online right now and so are all of the VPSs on that node but I have started migrating the VPSs to our new node that will be replacing FIRE0003. We apologize again for this and are working hard to make things right.
UPDATE: In order to speed up the migrations and avoid any more potential crashes we have decided to do a non-live migration. We apologize for the further downtime but the amount experienced will be much less than if your VPS was on the node when it crashes again.
