We've added a handful of KVM templates for those clients who do not wish to go through the manual install process. The templates will build a new OS from an image and not a customizable install that you would get from an ISO. At this time we are utilizing the templates provided by SolusVM and have decided on the following:
- CentOS 5.8 x86
- CentOS 6.3 x86
- Debian 6 x86
- Scientific Linux 5.8 x86
- Scientific Linux 6.3 x86
- Ubuntu 12.04 LTS x86
- CentOS 5.8 x86_64
- CentOS 6.3 x86_64
- Debian 6 x86_64
For all other OS options, please utilize the ISOs provided or open a ticket with our Support department to request additional ISOs.
A reboot for the SolusVM master was required to add the new templates, downtime we less than 10 seconds.
