It appears that a kernel memory error causes FIRE0003 to unexpectantly crash. Luckily we were able to catch this within minutes and the server has been rebooted and it back online at this time.

Due to this crash, we have decided to schedule the replacement of FIRE0003 tonight as soon as we can get SolusVM licensed and configured correctly. There is no scheduled time because this is considered an emergency replacement for an unstable node but we will provide an update once the replacement is complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please open a ticket with our Billing Department if you have any questions regarding our SLA and we will attempt to compensate you for the unexpected downtime (approximately 12 minutes).
