Unfortunately the migration did not go as expected and ICE0001 is currently offline. We have a ticket open with both CloudLinux and cPanel in hopes to get this resolved. In addition to this, our old physical server is no longer booting so we are forced to try to fix the new virtual server. Worst case scenario we will be rebuilding the virtual server and restart from our backups (dated 1/16).
We apologize for this and unfortunately there is no error to troubleshoot and cPanel's response is to "contact our datacenter" (which is us) so that's of no help either.
UPDATE: All websites should be back online. We were able to fix the old physical server with the help of the techs at GoRACK. We will continue to investigate the cause of the failure on both the physical and the virtual servers. For those impacted, please open a ticket and your account will be credited for the downtime.
