It appears that SHADOW0001 has crashed again for some unknown reason. We have turned off some of the new SolusVM features in hopes that will resolve it. It appears to happen at the same time each day so we will be opening a ticket with SolusVM if this occurs again tomorrow.
We apologize for the downtime this has caused and are extremely disappointed in SolusVM for releasing yet again another buggy update. We had 100% uptime on SHADOW0001 prior to upgrading to the "fixed" SolusVM release.
