We are currently investigating the cause of the networking issues with fire04. We have already issued one reboot in an attempt to fix it without success. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
UPDATE @ 2:37PM EST - It appears the problem is with some of our IP ranges. 3 out of the 8 /24s we use are not accessible from the outside world. We have a ticket open with our data center to investigate. Our routers and BGP sessions look normal so we are unsure where this problem is happening at this time.
RESOLVES @ 3:03PM EST - Connectivity to the 3 IP ranges is now restored. Our DC is opening a dialogue with it's peering contacts to determine the cause.
