Can I upgrade/downgrade my Backup/Storage VPS?

Our OpenVZ plans (Budget Backup and Advanced Backup VPSs) can be upgraded and downgraded automatically without data loss or downtime. Unfortunately, our KVM plans (Premium Storage VPSs) cannot be upgraded or downgraded due to limitations with the technology and our control panel.
