We do not offer reseller accounts at this time. We do not recommend that you attempt to resell our services because one service may impact your other services. Whoever pays for the service is considered the owner and is responsible for all services in their account(s). If you purchase 2 services from us and one of them is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, all services will be impacted (i.e. supended or terminated). This is why we do not recommend reselling our services because if one of your clients does something illegal, all of your other clients will suffer.
In short, reselling our services is allowed but not recommended unless you understand the risks involved.
