Do you have any mail restrictions?

Yes we do. cPanel clients are limited to 200 e-mails per hour and VPS clients are limited to 200 e-mails every 5 seconds with anything over 100 e-mails generating an alert and will be looked into closely. We reserve the right to permanently disable SMTP ports for any VPS at any time.
