HOW TO: Fix the Arch Linux locale.sh error

If you receive the following error when trying to update your Arch Linux install:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
initscripts: /etc/profile.d/locale.sh exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Run the following command:

rm /etc/profile.d/locale.sh
