Do you allow TOR/VPNs/Proxies/I2P/etc... ?

We do not allow TOR, I2P, or any Peer-to-Peer proxies/VPNs/tunnels at this time for various reasons.

We do not allow public/free VPNs or proxies but we do allow private/personal VPNs and proxies.
