We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA. We strive to provide as little to no downtime as possible. We run our servers with completely redundant hardware to ensure the best uptime possible but sometimes all the planning in the world isn't enough, so for those few moments we have this SLA. If your service is inaccessible for ~43.2 minutes in one month, please contact us and we can credit your account accordingly.
