What is Basic Management and what does it include?

Basic Management means that we will provide guaranteed support for the following:

  • Host Hardware (network, VPS node, Wyvern, etc...)
  • Virtualization Platform (OpenVZ, KVM, etc...)
  • OS Templates (basic troubleshooting of freshly installed Operating Systems)

While this is the support we will always provide, it does not mean we will not provide any additional support for you. Unfortunately the support we can provide depends on a lot of factors such as the current support volume, the staff available, and whether or not other tasks are being performed that is or could potentially impact many clients.

Due to the increasing amount of tickets being opened for issues that are considered outside of the limits of our Basic Management and issues that are able to resolved easily with a quick Google search, we regret having to place such restrictions on our clients.
