Contrary to our previous e-mails and announcements, there is no DDOS protection in our new Atlanta and our current Dallas locations. We were not informed that we were excluded from said protection until a few days ago so at this time please be advised that the only locations that offer any form of DDOS protection is our Portland and Los Angeles locations. Sorry for those of you impacted by this but apparently there was some miscommunication somewhere and after being told multiple times (including on their website and e-mail announcements) that we did have DDOS protection on our equipment, we were then informed that we did not due to techincal limitations. We will continue to explore options to obtain this protection for our clients and update everybody when we have more news to report.
