Our data center informed us today that IPv6 connectivity has been restored. Here is the information they provided:

"GTT changed out IPv6 allocation for the connector block on this circuit without notice to us. The IP(s) have been reassigned and the IPv6 BGP Sessions re-established and I can confirm we're recieving 22k IPv6 routes and we are announcing as expected."

We have confirmed that our IPv6 addresses are routing properly at this time.
